  • Asset data including equipment details, serial numbers, and purchase information
  • Repair history and maintenance records
  • Equipment request submissions

Information collected is used solely for:

  • Tracking and managing company assets across store locations
  • Recording equipment repairs and maintenance history
  • Generating reports for inventory and asset management

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Access to the system is restricted to authorized employees only, with role-based permissions controlling access to sensitive features. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

Ravitz Family Markets does not sell, trade, or share employee or asset information with third parties. Data access is limited to authorized personnel within the organization who require it for legitimate business purposes.

Data Retention

Asset and repair records are retained for the operational life of the equipment and as required for business and compliance purposes. Employee account information is retained while employment is active and removed upon termination in accordance with company policy.
